The unique 2.7-acre site was for some time considered undeliverable due to the exceptional challenge to build 265 high-end residential apartments over 300,000 sq. ft directly over the existing DLR live railway, tube line and main railway. We also had to pare back fifteen railway arches to accommodate the spectacular three towers designed and built.
